PreserveBand™ is a wearable physiologic baseline monitor. Instead of comparing a person to population averages, it spends the first 48–72 hours learning what normal looks like for that specific individual — an individualized Digital Twin baseline. From then on, every alert reflects a deviation from that person's own established baseline, not a generic threshold.
1. Learns the individual. Over the first 48–72 hours, the device establishes a personal physiologic baseline using robust statistics.
2. Watches for deviation. It continuously compares live readings to that individual's baseline and identifies meaningful drift.
3. Alerts with descriptive, tiered signals. Alerts are graded by confidence, suppressing low-signal noise and surfacing what warrants attention.
4. Runs on-device. Processing happens on the wearable itself — no added infrastructure on the customer's side.
5. Supports the human, never replaces them. Every alert prompts a person to look closer. It informs judgment; it does not make decisions.
PreserveBand's first deployment supports crew wellness at sea: continuous, passive physiologic baseline monitoring that runs on-device and requires no infrastructure aboard the vessel. When a crew member's readings drift from their personal baseline, a vessel safety officer receives a crew wellness indicator — prompting a timely check-in and supporting fatigue and physiologic-stress awareness across the crew.
Viveona owns and maintains every deployed device. Partners carry no hardware capital cost and nothing to manage. $49 / device / month standard. $39 / device / month volume (20+ units).
The same individualized baseline approach extends naturally to senior living communities, where earlier awareness of physiologic change can support staff and reduce avoidable transfers. This pathway follows the appropriate regulatory route.
Many of us are raising children and caring for aging parents at the same time. As the PreserveBand platform grows, our intention is to bring the same individualized baseline approach into the home — giving families and care teams earlier awareness of physiologic change, and supporting older adults who want to keep living in the homes they love. This home direction is part of our forward roadmap and will follow the appropriate regulatory pathway before it’s offered.

PreserveBand™ provides physiologic baseline monitoring and deviation alerting for wellness purposes. It is not a diagnostic device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Alerts indicate deviation from an individual's established baseline and prompt human assessment.
